Welcome to the Bartow Visitor Guide. By listing your business on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for both our local businesses and the visitors who use our guide.

1. Subscription & Billing

We offer four distinct listing packages designed to fit your business needs. To keep our services simple and transparent, we utilize the following billing structure:

• Pricing Display: While listing packages are displayed on our website with a monthly rate for comparison purposes, all actual billing is processed on a quarterly (3-month) subscription basis.

• 90-Day Free Trial: Every new listing includes a 90-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period.

• Automatic Enrollment: On Day 91, your account will be automatically billed for the first full quarter via Stripe Payment Systems.

• Recurring Payments: Following the initial charge, you will be billed every three months to ensure your listing remains active without interruption.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We believe in flexibility, but we do not offer prorated refunds.

• Unsubscribe Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• No Partial Refunds: If you cancel in the middle of a quarterly billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that period.

• Listing Expiration: Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active and visible until the end of your current paid quarterly period, at which point it will be removed from the guide.

3. Listing Content & Accuracy

As the business owner, you are responsible for the content of your listing.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your business hours, location, and services.

• Media Rights: By uploading photos or videos, you confirm that you own the rights to that media and grant Bartow Visitor Guide permission to display them on our platform and social media channels for promotional purposes.

• Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to remove any listing that contains offensive, illegal, or misleading information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bartow Visitor Guide provides a platform for discovery. While we strive for 100% uptime and high visibility, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, foot traffic, or sales volume resulting from your listing.

Your trust is our most valuable asset. We handle your data with the utmost respect.

Our Commitment to Your Data

• No Selling of Information: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third-party data brokers or marketing firms. Period.

• Data Usage: We only use the information provided to maintain your listing, process your payments via Stripe, and communicate essential updates regarding your account.

• Security: Payment information is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our local servers.

• Analytics: We may collect anonymous traffic data (such as how many people click on your listing) to help improve the platform and provide you with performance insights.
